Woven Co., is not responsible for any lost or damaged once the package has been scanned by postal service. Therefore, refunds for lost packages will be processed only upon official confirmation from the postal service.
Orders are processed every 1-3 business days.
For domestic orders, please allow 2-5 business days for Standard shipping. For Expedited shipping, please allow 1-3 business days.
For international orders, please allow 7-14 business days for Standard shipping.
