Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do on our end once it is on its way. Woven Co., is not responsible for any lost or damaged once the package has been scanned by postal service. Therefore, refunds for lost packages will be processed only upon official confirmation from the postal service.

2. Contact your local USPS to see if they are holding it at a location.
3. Check with neighbors to see if it arrived at their address by mistake.
4. Contact USPS and report a missing package case.

3. Package your item(s) to exchange into the original packaging, secure the package for safe travels. Tape the printed label onto the outside of the box.
4. Drop the box off at your local USPS location.
Once we receive your return back to the store, we will email you with information on your return credit.

All of our stones, crystals, pearls etc. are natural entities, therefore, each is unique! We try to have each piece look as close as possible to the photo listed, but that's the fun of mother nature!
No! However, everyones skin reacts differently to materials. Since we only use gold fill & sterling silver, it helps to prevent that situation. There are certain cases when someones PH level can have a reaction to gold which may oxidize and leave a green residue.

Yes, for everyday water use such as washing hands, it is perfectly okay. We always recommend completely drying the piece after exposing it to water to help prevent tarnishing.
Now let's get to why we also said 'no'
We don't recommend showering or swimming with your jewelry, not because you can't, but because it's natural that overtime your jewelry will tarnish with excessive exposure to tough climates without proper care.

Our fine jewelry & accessories are handmade in the USA and crafted with high-quality metals to stand the test of time. Despite our best efforts, they can still become tarnished due to a process called "oxidation".
